The fact that these sorts of cases are the exception rather than the rule sort of proves that games aren't really responsible for turning people into murderers. I actually think that games help relieve stress: people sure as hell seem to release a lot of tension online in games like Modern Warfare 2, where lobbies often become screaming matches or at least shit-stirring contests, so it'd be interesting if I got to see whether these people were more relaxed when not playing games, because they had an outlet for their stress.
Or maybe these people are just mal-adjusted spastics who also go insane when their tea has one grain of sugar too many or if someone mentions them by name.
