Welcome to Super Friends - Australian Gamer's official World of Warcraft guild

Guild Key Info

Name: Super Friends
Server: Barthilas
Server Type: Oceanic PvP
Faction: Horde

Guild Leader: Profyan (Barry McBruce)
Officers: Straynger (Matt)

Australian Gamer has for some time been supporting a World of Warcraft Guild, headed up by Matt. The guild is Super Friends, on the Oceanic PvP server Barthilas.

We have progressed ourselves to a point where we're able to begin level 80 raiding, with more people coming up through the levels to join. We're now looking for more people to join, running more raids and having plenty of all classes available.

The point that has to be made is that although we are raiding we're not a "raiding guild". There is no requirement to raid, no expectation or time committment. We're a friendly group who enjoy playing the game and enjoy raiding. We believe ventrilo should be as available for mum jokes as raid strategies, and make sure everything is fun.

We're looking for PEOPLE to join, not toons. We're a guild that helps you enjoy the game, and helps you play while chatting on gchat. We're also people who like to go out and have some fun, many of us (especially in Brisbane) catch up regularly for drinks.

So if you want to join with some of the community who read this site, local Australia

While we're looking for people to join there are two things we're NOT wanting:

  1. Really Hardcore raiders. If you care about progression and development, don't join. We don't want to turn it into a job, and we don't want to hold anyone back. We raid once or twice a week, and we wipe a bit. :)
  2. Death Knights. Seriously. We don't really want to be a dumping ground for everyone's DK alt while they play their real character elsewhere.

What we are looking for

Fun, friendly, mature people who just want to play casually, raid occasionally and just enjoy the game. We're happy to play with professional people who simply can't (or won't) play the hours a day that some guilds demand. We'd also love to see people transferring raid-ready characters or even lower characters to the server. We have surprisingly few of certain classes - rogue, priest, hunter, warlock, especially. More healers are always valued.

So, are you interested?
