48hr Game Making Challenge 2009 - 3 hours to go!

After skipping out on the Saturday night due to a massive headache and the GameDamage trailer launch, I've returned to the 48hr Game Making Challenge Sunday morning to find the atmosphere not surprisingly quiet. Some are confidently adding finishing touches, others are frantically putting their game through QA, and there are a few who are really feeling the ominous pressure of the giant red countdown clock on the wall.

Previously on 24 ...
Apparently last night had a surprise visit from one of the judges, Mick Gordon from Game Audio Australia, who splashed out on $300 worth of pizza for the struggling sleep deprived teams.
The games themselves are starting to look fantastic, with the unique ideas starting to shine through. The variety is impressive, from platforming love letters to turn based iphone strategy to religious spiritual guides.
