News from Jae - Thursday, 11 March 2010 @ 10:44pm
At an exclusive Nintendo event in Sydney tonight it was announced that the long awaited Monster Hunter 3 Tri will be released in Australia on 29th April 2010. That, by the way, is just a short 7 weeks away. We got to give the game a quick go tonight and it's shaping up to be an awesome experience. If you've ever played any of the previous Monster Hunter games then this is sure to whet your appetite. The game will retail for $99.95 and comes bundled in with Nintendo's new Classic Controller Pro which is shaped to include handles to hold much like our current generation console controllers. The game will also retail for $79.95 as a standalone product.
Battle with up to four players with online play enabled and traverse through the gigantic world of Monsters, that you uh, hunt and stuff. Labelled as one of the biggest releases for the Wii this year, it is sure to please gamers that have been looking for that game to revive their love for the little white machine, or for those that went to the shops today, perhaps a little black machine.

I've only played the first Monster Hunter game, but it was one of the most fun games i've ever played.
Really?
Pics or it didn't happen!
I do not have the internet for my Wii. ![]()
I'm willing to play this Hardcore if three more brave adventurers are willing to join me.
I seem to remember reading a while ago that they abandoned making it on the PS3 because of production costs.
