The biggest event of the gaming year is probably Christmas Steam sales, let's be honest. Games come down to dirt cheap, and we stock up on giant piles of games that we're probably not going to play but.... you know... they're just so CHEAP.

Today's highlights include Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Metro 2033 and Just Cause 2 for $4.99, also Portal 2 and RIFT for $7.49. But the one that really deserves a mention is Orcs Must Die, for only $3.74. I gave this game a very positive review, and at $3.74 it's a must buy.

So load up your Steam client, and apologise to your credit card. More daily deals are coming soon.
