Arma II

Camouflage.

It’s a military tool of the trade.

It can be your enemy.

It can be your ally.

This was the case of this copy of ARMA II

..... it was my enemy.

Insert Wookie sound here

Its red dot was firmly fixed on the middle of my forehead.

I could not launch a counter offensive.

Return fire failed to achieve its objective.

Recon missions fell short.

There was no way to out flank my enemy.

My arsenal was more than adequate.

This arsenal is apparently also adequate

But facing this enemy often saw my weaponry cease up and fail me.

I was forced to retreat and renegotiate my plan of attack.

I had to improve my position, but what could I do?

I could review my skills at the Boot Camp Training Facility, but what would that prove? I have completed that course more than once.

I am left with no alternatives

I have failed my mission

It’s time to put an a dress and attempt to get a section 8 discharge like Klinger from M*A*S*H

Pros

Graphics were good and sound was great - Weapon reloads weren't too quick - Would have loved to fly in this game, would have been cool.

Cons

I've been spoiled by Console FPS games as there were way too many buttons for me - Savage oversteer when moving/driving, I couldn't find the balance - The biggest CON of ARMA II was the amount of time I spent uninstalling/reinstalling and trolling the web for answers to my problem, which went unanswered.
